The clients, being tenants, wanted to be able to create a living space where they feel good without changing too much of the existing space and without spending a huge budget. We therefore agreed to focus everything on decoration and layout tips.

I reused as much of their furniture as possible (sofa, tables, chairs, TV cabinet and bench). As the clients were willing to create certain elements themselves, I designed two custom pieces of furniture, a bookcase and a sideboard. They bring both storage and character to the room. The bookcase allows you to separate spaces while allowing light to pass through.

In terms of decoration, I went with a fairly eclectic style which mixed the tastes of the lady and the gentleman quite well. The green tones contrast with the white walls and bring warmth, and to add a little pep, I added a few touches of yellow. I then mainly accessorized: wall of frames, colorful patterned cushions, accent lamps, bar stools, plants, curtains, and rugs.
