On behalf of a property dealer, we had to rethink the layout and decoration of a Parisian building and these 21 apartments. The accommodation ranges from Studio to T4, they are intended for mid-range rental.

Rue Saint-Denis is one of the oldest streets in the city: its axis is traced from thei^ercentury by the Romans. From this observation, we went with a New Antique style for the renovation. We have adapted this style for each type of apartment in order to have consistency in the building.
