This high-end chalet is part of a lot that had difficulty selling. This is due to spaces that are not well defined, and rooms that are too small in which potential buyers are unable to imagine themselves.
Our mission was to make some modifications and solutions to improve the services of the accommodation but also to furnish and decorate it in order to make the place warm, more lively and more attractive for buyers so that they can project themselves into it more.
In the living room, the central fireplace was problematic, it reduced and delimited the space. Unable to move it, we chose to exploit this specificity. We therefore imagined a TV lounge area with a bookcase, backless end sofas to sit by the fire and a lounge facing the window for entertaining and escaping into the mountainous landscape.
For the bedrooms, we suggested a dormitory for the children in the attic, like a cabin, and for the Master we simply added cabinets on either side of the bed, thus providing the storage space the room lacked.
