Renovation of an apartment

This 75m² apartment required a major renovation in order to make it available for rental. Offering great potential, it needed to give it back a little soul and functionality.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled and equipped. A high table facing the window has been installed to take advantage of the magnificent view of the rooftops of Paris.

The bathroom has also been refurbished; a custom-made storage unit has been created under the window to house the washing machine.

In the living room, the dividing wall was knocked down to be replaced by accordion doors on rails, making it possible, if necessary, to close the space and create a second extra bedroom. Custom-made joinery was designed to provide some storage in the apartment. A library area with a bench/chest completes this space.

The bedroom offers a beautiful volume, a dressing room has also been custom designed, as well as a small office area.
