This beautiful 110m² apartment required a complete rethinking of its private spaces by creating a 3rd bedroom.
A master suite has been designed to offer a real space dedicated to parents: office, dressing room, shower room. And a space dedicated to children: two bedrooms and a bathroom.
For shared spaces, the clients wanted a semi-open kitchen. The glass roof was therefore a ready-made solution. It allows light to pass through, maintaining the depth of the room while visually and sonically separating the living room and the kitchen.
On the living room side, a large dining table takes pride of place and numerous seats invite conviviality.
Generally speaking, the idea was to give back its soul, its character to this apartment by recreating the bases and moldings, but by adding pep and life to it with assertive colors.
