This T2 apartment required - with a view to being rented - a rearrangement of the spaces and a good renovation.
The idea was to make it functional, attractive and to create an identity and attractive services in order to stand out on the rental market.
For this project, we went with a retro, offbeat and colorful style in order to target a rather young target.
The initial volumes were poorly distributed, large bedroom without storage, small poorly arranged living room; small, not very functional kitchen, large bathroom. In order to better distribute the spaces, we completely broke up the existing bathroom which encroached on the living room in favor of a more open living room.
A long kitchen has been designed with maximum storage and equipment. The living room is now more welcoming with this sofa which welcomes us upon entering the apartment. A small custom-made bookcase was designed to provide storage to the space.
The bedroom now accommodates the bathroom and a dressing room on either side of the central bed. A headboard sits in the middle of the room where a niche is integrated into it as a bedside table. The apartment now offers a real master suite.
